Fat Loss Help?
Hi all,
Female mid 40's.
What is my best method to lose body fat?
I am thinking Interval running 1 minute flat out/30 second rest for 20 minutes 3 times a week.
and the other days alternate between heavy sled pulls and lite sled pushes (speed).
Is that too much interval?
PS: i will not be in calorie defecit, maybe 500 cals per day surplus.

diet rules in terms of fat loss. whats your stats and what are macros are you following?

I would say its around 60P/30C/10F.
I don't want to mess with my good intake as I need what I am on ATM for my training.
I don't do any cardio ATM and am wanting to ADD cardio to lose some fat without compromising strength or energy levels.

Hmmmm......diet really IS your best bet for fat loss.
If you have no cardio any cardio will help. However I find HIIT types of cardio work best for me, as well as empty stomach cardio.
Miss.....I personally think that is NOT to much interval training. However that is because I have done that much interval training with success. So this answer is just based on my opinion.
I also love cardio haha. I enjoy it more than weights most times.

are those %? whats the actual number for pro carb and fat and overall cals?

only exercise can not loss your fat,you need to constraint on your healthy diet to loss fat such as green vegetables, fresh fruits etc.

Exercise is must to lose fat loss but along with Healthy Diet plan also required. in your diet you must add vegetables, fruits etc.
