test bloat

Planning my bulk cycle. Looking at running 500-750mg test

is there anything i can take to keep the bloat down? i gain like 5 pounds of water in my face it seems like

i know to keep carbs down, water up, watch sodium, and use an ai

is there something i can take? i ran oral winny at a super low dose once and it dried me right up but you cant just run winny all the time without getting some nasty sides.

Some water retention is unavoidable but you can always pick a date to drop the test and come in looking dryer. Also some guys will take a mild diuretic on a Friday evening so they aren't a bloated mess going out on a date but that's just a temporary solution brother.

change the cycle to 250mg of test and tren ace at 50-75mg eod and proviron 25mg a day

hctz and use a short or no ester test. if your bp goes up on cycle then i would really want to use the hctz.

this^^^^12.5mg hctz will serve you well...don't get to carried away with the diuretic as it can cause gout or other not so pleasant sides..but 12.5mg ed is pretty low and effective..

my bp does go up to right at 140/90 every time. ill give this a try.
