Im working on it. Not going to get shredded, i like the permabulk look better. Doing a show next year, right now im just getting my BF down and staying lean

Don't use tattoo cover up. Along with covering up the ink it also covers up detail. Have him hit the tanning bed every day the last few weeks leading up to the show and just use a regular competition color protocol and the ink will be hidden just fine.

Thanks for the heads up. Hes hitting the tanning bed and his skin is looking darker. More detail and seperation is noticeble. Should i have him carbload or any suggestions are welcomed.

Well he asked for me to help him with his diet, i didnt choose his show he did. I just want to bring him in peeled. No i havent tried that tan, we are working with a few things. Daniel francis. Not 100% sure what the shows called, ill keep you posted.

Weights at 208-210. Planning on keeping around there and loosing the fat
