S4 and Estrogen Rebound

Recently purchased 4 bottles of "GW-501516". 45 days in and 2 bottles later, I didn't see shit except for the dreaded night vision side effects. It is my belief that I was given mislabeled bottles of S4 instead. The company, who I will not name accepted culpability and is going to replace my 4 bottles. Unfortunately, its now 10-11 days past my last dose and my right nipple is pretty damn sore. I am thinking this is some sort of estrogen rebound going on. I have Exemestane and the original PES Erase on hand. Should I start on either of those or both and order some Letro as well? Should I just do a comprehensive PCT to cover all bases? Looking for some input ASAP. Help a brother out.

were you taking anything other then the S4??..maybe get some labs thru privatemd and see where your at...you could test monday and have results tuesday..would be a big help..

a low dose on an ai would be a good start if not getting bloods but id want to see test, prolac, and estro to really know what to do.

your best bet imo is to try to get those bloods first thing in the morning then take an ai dose as soon as you leave while you wait for the results.
