i don't know, whenever I see them next to each other, the spots that Kai may beat Phil in aren't drastic enough. Phil just has a better overall look to him that it's like....ok kai's back in bigger but phils shape destroys kai's and if bodybuilding is an eye test then phil wins easily everytime

Well said Nancy. It's sad seeing a man with that kind of mass not acting like that. Like you said, Kai needs to bring his A game and Dominate that stage. In the meeting, he should let loose and speak what's on his mind. I kind of feel he really holds back and can tell he wants to speak his mind at these O meetings but doesn't. Heck, I could be wrong.. Yes actions speak louder than words but you MUST be cocky, you must be rough. It's like, grab the fucking bull by the horn damn it.

Why not ask the question ...Has kai EVER looked better than the reigning Mr. Olympia - Phil Heath? ... NO Kai came close in 2012 - Kai looked better in pre-juding. Kai had Phil in the Physique ...but not in the head. Watch the RXMuscle Review done by Dave Palumbo & Chris Aceto ... and I would also say that it is imperative when you are so "neck and neck " like that - you need to see it live on stage ... very much the same as when Ronnie & Cutler were so close at prejudging back in 2002 i think it was ... but the nod went to Coleman the reigning champ ... the difference btwn Ronnie and Jay vs. Kai and Phil IS that Jay has the MIND of a CHAMPION ,,,when Jay posed down Ronnie ...Jay was there to KICK RONNIE's ASS and you felt that energy ... when Kai was in prejudging next to Phil ... Kai will not take the Sandow unless he pulls his waist in like 2012 ( and yes- I will give that credit rightfully to Ron Noreman and Kai listening to him - Kai makes the mistake of asking TOO MANY PEOPLE ... but that year he had one cook in the kitchen and it showed) and Kai has to keep his mental state clear - another thing a guy like Ron did for him ... As far as Kai's past - I don't agree - I don't think it matters at all ... I don't think the judge's care - If the sponsors don't care - the judge's don't either

Even when I type this I get frustrated ... because regardless of what happened between Kai and us... I still feel like Kai had that prejudging ..there is no one out there with that MASS... and with the right fine-tuning - Kai can have it ...but his head and POOR decision making makes the Sandow stay out of his clutches ...and that's a pity.

guys I think kai comes into heavy and holding water, plus hes got a bloated gut, he seems to screw everything up, and now wolf won the Arnold, and last year people had wolf in front of kai, watch for wolf and ramy this year

Wolf has no calves so no. Flexatron came onto the radar out of nowhere from 11th place in 2011 to 3rd in 2012. Damn he does have a chance but he is 39 years old ... Ramy can he's still young.

Dexter beat jay because jay fucked up so I could really see Kai beating Phil if Phil screws up.

Politics of past behavior aside, I believe Kai has always had what it takes to beat Phil. He has what it takes, he just hasn't fully used what he has.

This is spot on, he's more muscular and has better genes and flow to his body than Phil, Phil has better stage presence and rarely if ever comes in out of shape, Kai needs to bring the freak conditioning once and for all
