That being said, Christian, I think I have sited enough evidence that there are differances between the male and female bodies that hormones or surgery will not change.

I think a "Male to Female" trans will always have a physical advantage over a "Normal" woman. Of course as Fallon Fox has said there are still naturally born women that can and will beat her.

There are plenty of women that can out run and out lift me and I am a non-transgendered Man?

This is a very sensitive issue to hundreds of thousands of people, if not millions. I understand your points and believe me, the "unfair advantage" one is a strong one. I just wanted to get people thinking/talking about the issue and in that, the article seems to have been a huge success. Curt doesn't want me engaging too much and I did give my word, but I will say your points are strong ones.

Legally, however, trans people, especially those that have transitioned, also want to compete and forcing them to essentially de-transition to do so for a sporting event just doesn't bode well for society's sake. Lastest to BUMP this......should us as Tax Payers foot the bill for this inmates hormones?

Some would say "Yes" because it is a medical condition just like diabetes or high blood pressure? Well the actual Doctor in the case says "No.. ...Lee lacks the criteria for gender identity disorder and the therapy can't be justified".
