Legs , especially squats and weighted lunges with chains. Some of the harder exercises, some of the most draining and grueling and also can be very nice for intensity techinques such as rest pause, drop sets, and Myo-Reps which are brutal.

Back: I feel like theres so many options here. Back days are never boring because of all the different movements that can be done with different handles and angles. It doesn't feel like back training ever gets boring or repeatative.
The back also has a ton of muscles to hit, big muscles like the lats to the smallest detail really just makes me want to sculpt the back whenever I hit the gym.

Arms.
I love to train arms because... you just never know what might happen. And, yeah, the feeling of the pump is like no other feeling. It's almost as satisfying as...Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Honestly it is Arms. I LOVE the feeling of that skin splitting pump you can get. Especially when using shorter rest periods and Super Setting Bicep/Tricep moves back to back. Probably my favorite combo is a Machine Preacher Curl, Weighted Bench Dip Super Set.
