Fred Smalls - Arnold Brazil Prep - Feedback?

Fred sent me this photo on Monday morning, along with some comments for today's "Muscle in the Morning" ; he really wants to redeem himself after Orlando and we've talked a few times over the week. Guys like Smalls can be very dangerous, even though they're not getting a lion's share of the press. What do y'all think of his physique? Comments appreciated.

Fred to me always looks good... He is capable of snagging top 5 at any show except mr O and sometimes arnold ohio.

im pulling for him. fred is a good guy. he goes out of his way to reach out to others. we see him at the gym once or twice per week.

Fred knows how to entertain and pose for sure. He has a great body and when he's ready and shredded enough he can be Top 5 (without Olympia and Arnold).

I like his physique but his gut sticks out sometimes and he needs to work on that, shape is a weapon he has and needs but the distention distracts from it. When he gets bigger he could do some damage he just needs a few more pounds and some polish in the conditioning.

He'll never be at the top of the IFBB pro pack, but he does the maximum with what he's got & he's gotten much further than most people he competed against as an amateur have.
