There were some periods over the years where Hogan must have come off the sauce, and just looked ridiculous (the guy is about 6'5 I believe) all deflated. It didn't seem to have stopped him from taking any job offers that came his way though. I've seen some just horrible (relatively of course) images of the man on blender bottles, VHS tapes, you name it.

I don't think anyone ever cared how lean and cut he was. Hulk Hogan as a wrestler was an icon.

I would guess that most people would rather have a "wrestler's physique" even if it isn't exactly 6% body fat.

He was definitely huge back in the 80's, but during his WWE "NWO" stint, with the painted on beard and constant weight belt, I recall him being a bit tighter.... unless it was just the all over bad fake tan coloring my memory.
