The East Coast Mecca - Bev Franchis Powerhouse Gym is a virtual lion's den of hungry, proud, & hard-working New York/ New Jersey based bodybuilders, who are going to give it their all to keep the title at home. IFBB Pro Akim "Big A.K." Williams is featured on a brand new video (5 days old) by his sponsor Natural Vitamins (also see Muscle in the Morning - Exclusive Akim quote!!) that shows him (mostly covered) getting it on in the gym.

No one's getting a free ride at this show. All bodybuilders from around the country and around the world should know, New Yorkers are tough, and it's going to be an all out brawl to come into THEIR TOWN and leave with THEIR TITLE.

That's a different question - but a good one.

If the Champion is a hometown guy,I think then you can ask if it would stay at home.If the the title is held by an outsider you want to bring it back, like the Ryder Cup or one of those type things.So I think the best way would be to ask if the title would come back. 'Will the title come back home to New York?' or something like that. You know what ? FCK it,you're the writer hahaha.

Just got back from Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym & hung out with my friend Akim Williams. He's looking OFF THE CHAIN and training with some serious intensity. Like I said, the STAKES are high!!
