question about fats
hey guys, I am gonna diet down for the summer (no show). This time I would like to use carbs or carb cycling, my question is, whats the min amount of fats to take it to keep test and hormones in check. I am natty 190 about 12% bf. I also want to know if you keep carbs in everyday or just on workout days. Thanks in advance.

As a natty i bet higher fat/lower carb would be better for you. Good fats raise test levels. Try maybe 10 gr each meal. Keep the carbs around your training only, maybe 50 pre 50 after. See how that works.

I wouldn't necessarily taper the fats down automatically. A certain amount of fat in the diet will help maintain metabolism and help burn fat more effectively than cutting the fats for a lower calorie intake.
If you reach a point where you need to drop calories, I'd look into cutting carbs or even protein if you're a natural bodybuilder relying on the effects of fats to maintain hormone levels.
