    Default Legs 28 days to Jr USA's

    This is my first time to post a thread, and I am new to the site! Love it so far! Anyway, 28 days from USA's. I am starting to feel the effects of show prep but know it will be worth it. Here is a log of yesterdays Leg workout. I am FEELING it today!
    warm up 5 min on bike

    Lying Hamstring Curls med- light weight 5 X 20 (straight sets)

    Leg Press using John Meadows principle:
    this is an asscending set, perform 6 reps then add a plate to each side for 6 more reps, repeat to failure.
    SS
    good mornings on the hack squat or for more quad work my husband did wall sits.

    3 X 20 walking dumbell lunges heavy

    Finished off the glutes with 5X10 on the glute & ham machine.
