lol knew you would like it. I'm starting another cycle now to get ready for olympia, not competing but booth work & photo shoots. I'm going to try and just stay with 10mg a day instead of 20mg like last time since it was too much lol

so far I haven't experienced that my dose is so low 10mg a day

I think it really needs to be "longer" -- like 6-8-10-12 months. A couple months, have heard very little to no issues. And again, very individual, but for all the women I've known who have used nolva for competition, haven't really heard of any issues w/ "competition season" use. I'm really hoping that most understand that nolva is NOT a "maintenance" protocol. But as always, you are your very own petri dish and should be tuned in enough to be aware of those sorts of changes.
