Is drinking wheatgrass juice on an empty stomach good for my health?

- Wheatgrass should be consumed on an empty stomach – not with a meal
- It’s ideal to consume wheatgrass first thing in the morning
- Work your way up slowly- stick with a .5oz or 1oz shot to begin with, and then head to 2oz
- If you have an allergic reaction to mold, grass or wheat (celiac) – best to stay away. This can cause a severe allergic reaction.
- The more toxins you have to release, the more nausea you may experience.
