Okay so up to 400mg/wk. The adex uppage makes me nervous. The doc originally wanted 1mg eod but I was told on another site that that amount can create issues and to go with the .25mg 24 hours after my injection - so that's .5mg very 2-3 days. That dosage brought me to 35. How will I know if I need more or less? This is one area of the whole thing that baffles me - the adex.

I actually already have the lab order. He is asking for:
Total Test
PSA
CBC
Estradiol
Free Test
I'll stick with the one blast. Should I up it to 6 weeks then?
My regular MD will be getting labs from me next month:
CBC
Comprehensive metabolic panel
Lipid panel
Would the extra test affect those?
By the way, my urologist handles my test but my regular MD is aware of it.
Thanks![/QUOTE]
id kold off until after all of this. yes your blast would effect the labs. i doubt it would have such a negative effect to raise flags but it may. it only takes once.

the ai dose is very person dependant. it even changes over time with the person. i think the number i gave will be a fairly accurate dose. bloods would be the only way to be sure.
knowing that your doc is having you do bloods soon i wouldnt blast at all yet. if you do id go with the 200mg this time. that shouldnt raise anything much. just keep your diet good.

the labs being done next month are for a general health assessment. there are tests in there that will be negatively effected by your blast. if your numbers are out of normal range the doctors will think it is from your 200mg eow script and probably want to either give you more medication to treat those, or want to lower your test even more. imo its not worth the risk.

Joe, you're like a friggin encyclopedia!!
Good news for me is i got my appointment bumped up. Originally it was scheduled for June 16, got it moved a few weeks earlier to 29 May (Thursday).
i'm pinning every saturday. i don't suppose I could manipulate the results in any way to get a bump up on the dosage? or am I just asking too much?
Should i get my own blood work the previous week to see where i am, so i can adjust my saturday dosage, or at least go in to the appointment and "act" accordingly? ("I feel better, but still don't feel like myself")???

don't take a test shot 3 weeks before the test, so your test levels will be low

what is being tested on the 29th?
if you want him to up your dosage a little i would take only 3/4 of what you are scripted for a couple weeks up to the test.
does he think your pinning every 2 weeks? if so that may create an issue. you should be tanked by the end of 2 weeks if thats all you where doing. the best way out of that is to say you feel great for the better part of a week then it goes down hill fast. by the time you take your next shot you feel terrible.

IMO, ur already on it now, what's the difference using a little more for occasional blasts to help you get to where you want? Assuming you know how to eat and and train to accomplish your goals w/ or w/o the help and you monitor your health. But I'm no expert, don't compete, don't pretend to. I'm just sayin.
