Patience & Persistence. You are doing a lot of the right things. But the body is perpetually changing and you have to continue to tweak things to work w/ the body at the rate the body can change.

Quick question, how detrimental is having a few (2/3) dark choc hersey kisses within the diet above. Does it mess up the low carb or the bodys process of low carbing?

The random cheating is what tends to kill progress so , no it won't kill you but if you are serious enough to be looking at DNP, a little commitment to the diet will get you there faster. If you're goign to cheat, schedule it and keep to it consistently. It depends very much on the person's ability to control the cheats and the size of the cheat, again if you are serious about getting results.
