Dougie's contest prep
Hey everyone just just started my prep today (Sunday) for 2 up coming shows. One is 14 weeks out and the other 18 weeks. I am focusing more on the second show but figure I will be close so I might as well compete and not waste a prep for just one show. I might look into competing in another show 4 weeks after the second one but I'll just wait and see how I feel. I woke up this morning at 201 lbs after the 4th. I compete between 170-175lbs. My goal is a weight loss of no more than 2 pounds a week. I gain weight fairly easy so I don't or can't eat as much as some of you while prepping. I will try and get up the nerve to post some pics during my prep but I am pretty fat by bodybuiling standards. I'll try to keep updated. Dougie
