did you really think he won it? I thought Guy won it rather handily, but I'm probably just biased because he's my favorite pro... It's funny because I remember seeing Lorenzo Jones back stage last year when I did the Europa and he was an amateur... Cool to see someone go back the next year and do the same show as a pro

Yeah i def think he won. Guy looked great but looked smaller and a bit flat. Baito POPPED and was thick as a brick from front to back. Crazy vaccum, legs, chest, the guy is a beast.

ya he looks great... I think the knock on him that is seemed like he "wasn't trying" during the comparisons

I think he mentioned something about carbing up too much and spilling over for finals (it was in his Q&a thread I believe)

He said to Dave in the post show interview that for New York he will zero carb for a few days than carb up lightly or was it deplete and moderate carbup,something like that anyway.I watched the whole show with no problems.
