Workout 4 days take one day off repeat-You ever try this one??
For the past year I have been trying a new workout program. 4 days of working out and than 1 day off and than repeat. I first heard of several pro BB and power lifters type dong this workout. And I though I would give it a try and see how it works.
No only does it work well for me. Bu it also adds workout day to your program and cut down on downtime. Instead of doing the normal thing 6 days on and 1 day off or 5 day off or 2 days off routine.
Has anyone tried this workout or heard of it? And if you have tried it or know of people who have done it. How it workout for them?Last edited by GWHH; 05-18-2014 at 06:25 PM.

pretty much how ive always trained or fall back into training...it just seems to work for me
