Kicked off the day right with 2 caps of IronMagLabs EPITREN RX.
5 whole eggs and two cups of coffee before I train quads and hamstrings.
Also took some cod liver oil and zinc. Have a great Sunday!

Had a intense workout today. Good pump.

Trained chest today and felt an increase in intensity.
I was able to do more and not feel exhausted.
Working more on feeling the muscle work as opposed to how much I'm lifting.

Feeling A LOT more aggressive lately and I like it. Yesterday was a day off and today I trained delts and traps.
This was the first day since tweaking my right shoulder before my show that I felt strong and confident enough to push harder.
I don't like to be bound by a set number of reps. I feel that I can do more this way.
I did 4 sets of seated DB press with weights ranging between 45-65 lbs.
After this my training partners and I did 3 sets of Military press on the smith machine followed by 3 sets of Hammer Strength press with 2 45's each side.
Reverse pec deck starting at 80 and working up to 100 with a drop set on the 4th set.
seated side laterals 3 sets 25-35lbs with a drop set. Front raises followed afterwards, using 25 up toward 35.
Finished with machine shrugs of 275 lbs.
Strength is going up along with noted vascularity.
Weighing in at 190. So far....SO GREAT!

Trained back today and felt a HUGE pump. Progress pics will be coming up this weekend.

Noted strength increase. Had a intense leg training session today.
Weight is sitting at 193. Epi-Tren is definitely helping this guy out.
