Thank you. Hit chest hard today. Used mostly machines and really focused on contracting the fibers in the inner part of the chest. Incline hammer, decline hammer, pec deck, lower pully crossovers, Strive incline press[level 3] 180lbs for 3 sets, Dips. Post workout shake with 2 scoops of whey protein, 1 can Mountain Dew, 8 oz Gatorade.

Training is coming along great. Had a intense Triceps and Biceps training day today. The pump was so extreme that my hands felt cold to the touch. SWOLE!!!!

Going into my final week of using Epi-Tren and the increased aggression I have is a bonus.
My back training started out a bit rough today, but it turned out to be one of my BEST back training sessions EVER. What a PUMP!

The pump is real and so is IronMagLabs Epi-Tren.
Shoulders including traps today. Starting to get more rear delt development.
