Oh yeah, its absolutely heaven.. so much so that meal 5 fish and rice amd avocado is a little hard to take down bc Im still full, yet still hungry weird thing. . I love it

Thanks mac, I needed someone to push me to my limits without a doubt.. this came at a perfect time. Was feeling a little loss of bulking or cutting.. so im taking every advantage of this opportunity as possible

These are pictures just under one weeks time. These are taken at 4am so im not trully awake yet, hence the facial expression.. I can tell im a little leaner. Excited to see what three more will do.. also i have really never done contest poses so I need to work on them

lower back and abs are much tighter and arms too! keep up the good work. on that many carbs and we have you burning it like a champ!

So workouts have changed a little bit. Reduced my rest times to 30 sec instead of a minute and extended reps per set to 10-15 instead of 8-12. Also cardio will be introduced daily still with two fasted. I think this change is def going to help place me in the next tier.. no issues with diet, besides lowering carbs by 25g postworkout..leg day was this morning and it killed me esp with the short rest times.. im beat for now

Lil update guys my weight is 223.6 I feel leaner and have more energy even though I wake up at 4am. Cardio will be everyday now 30 minutes. Try to cut this fat away

this guy is following the plan nicely and im happy with the progress thus far! lets keep it up. Justin just had a cheat to help speed him up and get things moving and we will be cutting cals again soon.

I woke up this morning and was 223.1 two days after cheat meal. I def feel leaner. This is all natural with some otc supplements. And at the halfway point. Working hard everyday

You are coming along nice! The v in abs is showing more and lower back is tighter! And muscles still look full let's keep.it up brother. This guy has a full plate of a schedule and still makes it happen!

Hey guys lil less than a week left, everything is going great cardio is seven days a week only 30 min now switching to 45 min and still lift 5 days a week. Besides this I also work full time, go to school full time and support my wife. So all this is with a heavy load in my schedule. Just in case people say there isnt enough time in the day.. my days are literally filled from 4am to 10/1030pm.

Weight update I'm 220.9 seeing more definition in my arms and shoulders. Abs are coming along still got a little ways to go but I'm determined
