I have heard TONS of stories of people over the years that have obsessed over juice go into this party mode. You ask how I know, well, I use to be a bouncer and I would see things from the juice takers if you will partying all night loooong.

A lot of depends on what you are trying to get out of the steroids in the first place. So many guys just run them to get "the look", and when they have "the look" the use "the look" to lilve "the life". Another segment of cyclers are addictive personalities who find it easier to throw chemicals in their bodies than otherwise. And it doesn't help that it seems like many sources also deal in recreational drugs, so they are all readily available. Or if they, themselves deal, and find that party lifestyle gives them access to more like those looking for "the look", they get a larger clientele, and that whole thing sort of perpetuates itself.
