A few stick out from my gym. Even though it is a very competitive gym and we have people who have won shows and placed well at national level shows the broscience is unreal
- All The Trainers reccomend buying off their juicer bar after every workout for their client becuase they should get in a protein shake right after lifting. Most of the shakes contain Glutamine (which has no real scientific backing), Creatine (which is fine), strawberries, water/juice and whey. Must reach that anabolic window.
- One of the girls that was preparing for a bikini show told me that she was on 900 calories and doing 2 hours of cardio a day trying to get into shape, when in reality she was basically starving herself. She ended up not placing well, looked very flat on stage and was curious why she was not lean enough.
-During peak week a coach reccomended to not shower for the last 3 days, spray tan over 2 days, and cut all sodium (3 days out), water (2 days out), icy hot + prep h + sauna suit on top of a 800-1000 cal a day plan with like 20g carbs a day. To help remove "Water Weight"
- A guy that brings in his McDonalds into the locker room (and smells the entire place up) right after his workout is back there drinking orange juice and a protein shake, and then right after eats his McDoubles on his way out the door.
- I have also seen some people take 4-5 scoops of C4 and say they do not feel a thing, and i asked them if they have ever cycled off stimulants and they just looked at me like what is that? They wonder why they go through a tub in a matter of 6 days!2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

I came into the gym with a frozen jug of water I had left in the freezer for too long. Someone I had never talked to approached me and asked how I got such a big piece of ice to fit into the jug. I had to walk away cause I was dying laughing.

This is a very nice contest!
The main thing that comes into my mind is this guy one time started talking to me in the gym for no reason what so ever and at one point he told me "We all can only digest certain foods because everybody has a different blood type and that makes us all different."
The next dumbest thing I've heard is "creatine is an anabolic steroid"
