Table Time with Craig “The Disciple” Soubliere

Arm wrestler Craig “The Disciple” Soubliere is 42 years old, 5’10”, 270 lbs. and a resident of Ormond Beach, Florida. He has been weight training for 32 years and was a personal trainer and nutritional consultant for 20 years, but recently returned to school to get a degree in Human Services with the goal of becoming an addictions counselor.

Q: Where do you train?

A: I train at Jim Arthur's Body Exchange Gym here in town it’s the best gym around for one who is looking to really excel in his or her sport.

I use to listen to your old podcast back in the day when it was strictly bodybuilding and you where prepping for a show . What made you change from bodybuilding to arm wrestling or have you always been into arm wrestling ??

When I retired from BB in 2012 I needed another sport to compete at, I always wanted to compete in a power sport and when I was really young I used to AW so it was the prefect fit . So I was surfing around the net for events to compete in and after my 1st event I was hooked. I didn't realize how big AW was and is getting.
