    G-D there is a sports radio station here in town I listen to and they have a golf show on Saturday mornings.The host is a local guy that is somehow in the know golfwise.He has been talking about Jordan for close to ten years.I recall him talking about a 13 year old who was beating everyone at the local country clubs and winning adult tournaments and was the next Tiger Woods and I thought"yeah blah blah blah" but shit here he is.

    That guy knew talent when he saw it, and Speith made luck go his way. Speith probably whipped the radio show host in a tourament, and thats how he knew. LOL

    Do you flat bench right out of the gate a lot? I have been finding I am usually stronger on pressing if I do a machine movement beforehand? Must have to do with the CNS firing but it certainly helps the joints warm up too!

    I do flat bench out of the gate almost always, but I rotate it wth DB's and Incline. I will have to give warming up with machines a try. It could save me some time in loading and unloading the bar.

    I found that doing a compound sometimes will flare up my joints and elbows right away. Like austin stated sometimes a pre-exhuast or warm-up on another machine may get the joints warmed up and ready to rock on a flat bench or complex movement.

    Funny. I'm the exact opposite. My strength goes to shit it seems after doing a machine first. Today was a perfect example combined with weather changes

    I know most people train with ipod or mp3 players. I use the radio in the gym, or at least I used to. Our gym owner removed the radio today, for the following reasons, they are oldasses and hae the hip hop the younger kids listen to, and they claim the people using the treadmills cant hear the TV when the radio is on. I use the treadmills and cardio equipment more than any fat ass cow that comes in the gym and there is no fucking problem there.
    As for the hip hop, all that shit is censored on the radio. I am beyond pissed. This is not how you run a business. This is a door code gym, and no one is there to work and take payments n a regular basis. If I had he capital, I would have already opened my own ym and probably closed the other ones in town.
    I may start training in my buddies barn where 2-pac and rob zombie are played, or train at the high school.

    Ours plays a lot of Disturbed, Metallica, Alice in Chains, etc. I still use my headphones, but when I hear a good song I take them off lol. Sometimes it feels great to train to the music from the gym.

    Does the cardio equipment there have headphone inputs? So they can just plug in their headphones.

    It's a gym right, and not a golf course fitness club?

    I would rant on their FB page or write a nice email to them...and encourage others to follow suit.

    When training chest and triceps, I do the flat bench first before I would do machines. If I do the machines. I don't use the Smith machine because of the straight up and down motion.

    I am a face to face guy LOL. They will know where I stand within the next few days.

    They don't have the inputs. I don't think as business owners they know thier niche. We have a bodyplex which is a fitness club aka hook up with strange tail club. We also have a geriatric gym for most shit heads that think a gym and fitness club is not where they belong.
    This place is a gym, not a damn living room to watch tv.

    As you can tell I am highly pissed. Sorry for the language.
