Agree. I was shocked when I trained at Armbrust Gym in CO. I thought it would be HUGE but it was just average size. However, it was an absolute dream combo of free weights and all the best machines. Combine that with the atmosphere and the "hardcore" members and it will be tough to find a better place to train. BY comparison my gym at home is twice the size but pales in comparison to Armbrust.

I am back!! I took a week off for vacation with my family, and only did cardio while gone. I haven't took more than 3 days off in a row in two years or so. Didn't pack all my food just ate reasonable. It was a nice break from everything.
