    I just finished reading that article. Now I'm even more confused. Maybe you guys could help.

    1. Can't do a farmer's carry, not because of lack of grip strength but because of my hip problem. I already walk with a limp and carrying heavy objects across the floor for more than a dozen paces is painful to the hip and low back, not to mention fear of falling and injuring myself if the hip gave out. Even so...what woman can carry even HALF her BW in each hand? I don't know any.
    2. All neutral grip work is painful. Other grips are not nearly as bad. Even so, I don't fit any of the machines to do neutral grip work and no football bar in my gym.
    3. Been doing SMR for months.

    Ideas?

    I was told this from a user regarding Ur question.

    "Loaded holds will work well. Even in a seated position, just keep the spine in neutral and hold on tight!"

    Thanks! Will give it a try. Holding my spine in neutral is the real problem but I'll try anything at this point to make SOME part of me get better.
