GD's Training Log
I am starting a training log today. I have found that I actually enjoy logging for Nitraflex, so this was only a natural transition.
I will give ya'll a little back ground on myself first. I am 37 years old been training since high school off and on, but high school was football related. I got into body building in my early twenties when I was doing security at night clubs.
In my early thirties I trained for powerlifting and competed in the APC actually held all four national records in the 110KG class for raw lifters. Soon after setting the records I started a new business and things got side tracked so to speak.
I had ballooned up to 327lbs in my mid 30's, and also was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I decided to get things on track and lost down last year to 205 while training and just getting healthy. I also had major surgery to repair my airway.
I am currently 230lbs as of this AM. I am also now under the tutelage of Jordan Coburn with my training and diet. He has been very gracious to help me, so I am all in with his plan.
I hope ya'll enjoy!!DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

Trained shoulders today. Performed cardio in a fasted state LISS 35 minutes.
Behind the neck press smith machine
135x3x12
225x2x14
Dumbbell shoulder press
100x3x10
Standing Side laterals
30x3x14
Face Pulls
70x3x14
Seated Dumbbell Shrugs
100x3x16
Rarely train traps directly because of deadlifts, but felt good today and really squeezed them at the top.
Jordan, has put some carbs back in my diet because I was really low carbing it. This is day two of the new plan and I like it very much so far. I overall felt way better today, and had a great pump during training.DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

Just did fasted LISS cardio this AM. Had my third meal with my wife while she ate lunch as we celebrated our eleventh wedding anniversary. She has stuck with me through some very hard times.
I will be training arms tomorrow.
So far under Jordan's guidance I feel great. I really appreciate it buddy. We are gonna kill this!!DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

Triceps
Close Grip Bench press

stayed away from heavier for me because of left elbow tendonitis. I do cry like a small girl at times about my elbow.

220x3x30
Dips
BWx3X25
Biceps
Standing Barbell Curls

Am weight was 226 down 5 pounds from beginning of the week thanks to Jordan Coburn!!! He is helping me kill it with my nutrition.
Sunday 20 minutes LISS fasted
Monday
6/9/14
Quads and calves
Leg Press
I never do leg presses because it takes so long to load and unload machine, but for variety I do them once every other month.
2 45's per sidex2x14
4 45's per sidex2x14
6 45's per sidex2x14
8 45's per sidex1x14
10 45's per sidex1x14
12 45's per sidex1x14
14 45's per sidex3x14
No air on in the gym that would not be a problem if we had fans but the humidity could have gagged a maggot. It was 80 plus inside while training had to take some time to gather myself.
Leg Extensions
220x4x20
Single leg extensions with 3 second squeeze at the top
70x3x20
Lunges
50db'sx3x10
I was exhausted after that. I will add hamstrings in with back this week.
I am not usually a cry baby but after re-reading this, it seems like I am. Oh well.Last edited by Granite-Dawg; 06-09-2014 at 02:04 PM.
