decided to not do shoulder presses today because of my elbow. I was wish washy about it, but after talking to Jordan he made me feel better about it. I have a better pump today than usual in my delts. I really tried to keep the traps out of it as much as possible.
I am so damn old school, that not doing presses was a foreign concept to me. Feeling overall really good today. Has been a great week in training so far.DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

Hoss. It's funny dips are one thing that doesn't really aggravate my elbow but my triceps were pumped like crazy after. When I played football in high school I was weak as puppy piss couldn't do a dip or a pull up. I think that's one reason I push myself on bit exercises now
