Dehydrated Peanut Butter.
One of the other offerings Myoatmeal.com gives you the choice of is building your own custom flavored dehydrated peanut butter a.k.a PB Lean! Just like when choosing the flavors for your oatmeal blend, you are able to have something more than just a plain peanut butter. How about sugar cookie peanut butter or cake batter peanut butter! You have 1,000's of combinations you can combine to make your own and use in your every day diet!
Its made by squeezing out all the oil from the peanuts and ground into a powder form. This significantly reduces the calorie count when compared to regular peanut butter. This makes is a great and tasty ingredient to use especially when dieting. Even for those not dieting but want to have more room to play with their macros and indulge a little more with a peanut butter taste can do so. I am not going to lie though and say it tastes exactly like eating peanut butter. It does have a slight bitterness to it and its texture depending on how you use it can be a bit more gritty.
But still, those looking to try something new and change up a boring bowl of oats without adding excess calories should grab a bag of PB Lean and enjoy!!

i've been really enjoying adding it to greek yogurt and a chocolate protein powder.....mixes up and adds some extra flavor, almost like a peanut butter cup pudding

And weather you get it sweetened with sugar or Splenda the macros are the same too just FYI.
only difference obviously is the amount of Carbs from sugar which is on average about 4g when actual sugar is used.I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller.

so I grabbed myself a Promixx vortex mixer, threw in some protein and powdered carbs into it.....i saw the package for pb lean and decided to just throw some in, works nicely actually, i usually use an isolate so it adds some good flavor
