First Cycle
I am 25 at 215 around 11 percent body fat, when I stopped college wrestling I began lifting at 155. At my heaviest I was 230 natural. I have been in the gym for almost 5 years with the longest break being two months last year after cutting down for my first show to 175 but got sick a week out. I have changed a lot of my approaches to lifting and diet since, and am strict with my diet now.
I am looking to run my first cycle and am considering running Dbol and Test E but wanted to see what more experienced opinions were. I am hopeful to get on stage year.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For your first time around a low dose test and low dose deca along with dbol would be a good first run. Make sure you have pct on hand and an aromatize inhibitor (arimidex, Aromasin, etc.) as well, I've seen guys start to get gyno on only 250mg of test you may or may not be prone to it.
For your first time around you just have to remember that more is not always better my first cycle was 250mg per week sustanon 250 and 300mg per week deca durabolin with the first 4 weeks 25mg dianabol. You will experience a little bloat so running arimidex at .5mg eod may be a good idea as well. 12 weeks at low dose test deca and a kicker with dbol for the first 4 weeks will yield you decent size and some really good strength gains. Just my .02
Also I might add as the test will take 2-3 weeks to kick in it's not bad to run for 16 weeks and if deca is not an option 500-600 mg test with dbol to kick start is also a great way to go.
