    This is a great point. And while I might argue that percentage could rise and fall based on the person, "supplementation", etc. the fact remains that most of our iron brethren are missing out on the additional carbs and/or fats they could be consuming due to overzealous protein consumption.

    It really isn't rocket science how some guys (like Porter's clients) can eat so many carbs when you see how comparatively low their protein and fats are.

    Excessive protein is NOT your friend (nor are excessive carbs or fats) it optimum conditioning is your goal.
