I've bailed on cardio for the last week at least - the neuromas in both feet have been burning and irritated and my lower back is tweaked - so call me a wuss, but shit hurts.

Yep that was a great part of the weekend! I got to catch up w/ a lot of friends I haven't seen in a while! I was bummed to not have gotten a chance to catch up w/ Heather Grace - she looked great on stage! By the time they got thru the WPD trophies I was ready to go nuts .. such a long day!

Last week was just generally a loss - tied up doing stuff for work & my house as well as having a lot of foot problems and one of my ribs decided to pop out of place.
Mon - 11/3/14
Saw a new chiropractor for the out-of-place rib and a bunch of other adjustments. I was exactly sore enough to go home and lay down w/ ice.
Tues - 11/4/14
Diet - high-ish
Training - back / shoulders
huge amount of warmup
bent over BB rows: 95/10 x 5 (alternating grip)
alt cable row: 35/10 45/10 55/10 65/5 55/10
high HS row: 45's/10 x 5
weighted pull ups: 10 x 4
seated military press: 90/10 110/10 x 3
side laterals: 15/10 x 5
rear delt raises: 25/10 x 3
reverse hypers: 10 x 4
recumbant bike: 30 min SS (very sore feet)
