Love me some well-earned relaxation!
My little brother asked me the difference between the KISS concert I saw Wed night and the one I saw in 1978 -- the music was great, the pyrotechnics were great, the crowd was huge. The difference: My feet hurt from standing. I'm old.

We like the Scottsdale/ McCormick Ranch area. Probably one of the more expensive counties, but seem to be better jobs, closer to Phoenix, and close to the Children's Hospital (BIG factor with my son).
I know some people say you either love or hate the heat....but I'd trade in that dry heat with this East Coast humidity any day.

Same here! My dad took a friend and me. We loved it. He left the show holding his ringing ears saying "That was very interesting ...." God bless my parents for the stuff they supported us in. I always feel like if I said something like "Mom, I'm going to go blow up the Brooklyn Bridge", she's say, well, be sure to bring a jacket and a hat. And be sure to call if you need a ride home."

8/11/14 - Mon
Amazingly, didn't have to dig too deep into the archives to find this thread. I haven't done much gym'in, however I have been a domestic goddess getting my house up to snuff. I emptied out the last box from the move, w/ the exception of 3 boxes of books since my living room is more like a temp storage for a couple Ikea items. We'll just keep all that stuff off to the side and dusted until I get some decoration inspiration and hopefully a couch to go w/ it!
So, feeling a little more settled now, back to it:
Cardio (noon): 45 min stairmaster
Training (6 pm): back, light bis
Side note: It seems to be against the law here to have a decent rowing machine in your fitness establishment....

Smith bent-over BB rows (only squat rack available): 95/15 105/10 115/10 x 2
cable row: 90/15 100/9 90/15 100/12
alt side cable row: 30/15 x 2 40/15 x 2
lat pulldown: 90/6 80/15 x 3
Dickersons (straight bar, straight arm standing push down): 30/20 x 4
ezbar cable curl: 40/15 x 3
cool down / stretch: (7:15 pm) - 75 min of yoga
