I based the second on the chatter after the pre judging. Another dayum 4th. Someone who knows John please tell him to drop the 8 pounds whatever and get into the heavies. He was dwarfed in that SHW line up.

He is the most muscular guy in his class every time ... With the hardest driest freakiest conditioning ... He pretty much has no skin lol its probably impossible for him to drop the 8 lbs you speak of he has No bodyfat and dry as a bobe

Thanks..I'm not worried...I was just having fun. Contest placing don't really bother me any more. I do the best I can and let the chips fall where they may...my life is good, lots of things to be thankful for...

only thing that stands out to me John could do differently is look at his color or approach to it..it could just be the pictures and the lights...maybe some designed shading in areas and a little less overly dark areas in his color..but it would be hard to say for sure unless being there in person..

but that is defiantly some super conditioning...

Let me try to put it better. John is usually (and once again in Pittsburgh) the hardest, driest, most muscled man on stage. Against the taller, wider, heavier quality men on stage he looked like mighty mouse. He just can't get a break with the judges. Sad but true. I want John to get his Pro Card. He deserves one. Not a better man in our sport. Looking at the heavies last week end IMO he could have picked up that card. If I am wrong here then he should be happy with two 4ths in a row. Just one opinion from a John Meadows fan.

Well I have never beat Dennis Hopson, so guessing I would have gotten 2nd there too...who knows? Dennis is a great bodybuilder.

Either way, thanks for the support, it is much appreciated as I have tried and continue to try and give back to the sport as much as I can because I genuinely love it in most aspects.

I think this Master Teen National contest was deeper than his last bout. Just look how Puglia got placed.

I think John will have a better chance at NA, I hope he sticks it out for a few more weeks!

It always depends on who else shows up. John knows this, and he also knows that he doesn't want the powers that be in the sport "giving" him his card. If he doesn't feel he earned it, it won't mean anything.
