If her blood test shows PCP then the beating was appropriate. If so she could have run out onto the freeway and caused mayhem even death.

In 1980 I was at the Rose Parade in Pasadena, Ca. I watched a small dude on PCP take down 3 L.A. County Sheriffs and 3 Pasadena Police. He was stronger than fuck. A sergeant ordered the men to break his hands and feet with their clubs. That worked. Scary shit. My Sheriff Deputy WO partner gave me the PCP skinny the next day. The guy had his dick out and was groping young girls when they caught him.

Don't live in La La Land anymore (thank you lawd) I do remember that Omari cat in front of the cameras. If a cop farts within a city block of a black man he is on the scene crying brutality.

Regardless, if you go by the video, the woman was said to have been uninjured. Difficult to believe that. The officer was wailing away.
