What's the longest any of you ladies have run anavar?
Hi ladies, first time poster, long time lurker with my BFs forum account.
I'm thinking of running a longer var cycle, 5 mg 2x daily, with the goal of helping me cut bodyfat without losing muscle and, more importantly, strength. Im interested in competing within the next year. I read here we can run it 10-14 weeks but is 18 or 20 weeks too much? I expect more sides but what about longer term impact on liver etc?
Im a female in her late 30', training/ lifting since '89, started as a midget, with my pop.
5'2, 123-128lbs, powerlifting 4x week, cardio 3x for 1 hr a week. On cycle I plan to adjust cardio upwards and calories downwards.
Diet is <15 carbs a day, protein is quality, 120-130 g daily. 1200 calories a day about.
I'm currently pinning ghrp-2 every morning and ipamorelin w/ cjc1295 w/ Dac every other day for past 2 months, with great results.
Softer skin, less body fat, deeper sleep and surprisingly, my little spider veins have decreased by about 50%! Sides have been the expected that I was ready for...carpal tunnel like symptoms and some water retention. I can deal as benefit outweighs cost IMO.
Thoughts?

Just to clarify, I've competed in strength and combat sports but I'm wanting to try WPD.

I'd include acidophilus as anything that manipulates hormones can promote yeast infections (this includes AAS as well as SERMs like nolvadex).
I would also just pay attention to any sense of BP issues. AAS tends to run up blood pressure and cholesterol levels. These can be supported w/ OTC supps such as red yeast rice + CoQ10 or Cholest-off (more expensive but also good). You can read up on any of these if you google "blood pressure OTC treatment". Niacin is also suggested. If you don't mind the "flushing" aspect of niacin, then go w/ a non-flushing niacin.

You should be fine. I think running it that long, you will also have a better feel for how the whole thing is cumulatively over time. Don't hesitate to fiddle w/ the dosage if you feel like you need to. IMO there is always a "sweet spot" w/ whatever compound you have and your body's response to the compound over time.
