Seems about right...since I've been training with him, he's kept me at around a 10g protein : 25g HBCD ratio.
Again, I think he's holding to a specific ratio. Not speaking for him, just a best guess based on what he's had me do.
It will be more cost-efficient than the PeptoPro/Glycofuse retail combo...he's looking into different ways to deliver the protein (as broken down into di- & tri-peptides) than the VERY costly PeptoPro. I guess I should say "they were looking" as I'm sure it's a lot closer to production than when he and I discussed it several weeks ago.
I asked specifically about cost because I typically buy my PeptoPro & whey to last a couple of months & didn't want to spend the extra cash if I didn't need to.
Of course, take nothing I'm saying as FACT, I'm just putting together a best guess from what has been said publicly and what he's told me.

It's not the PeptoPro BRAND that he likes, it's the di- & tri-peptides taken with the HBCD intra-workout...it just so happens that Pepto is the (at present) best way to get these. I'm hoping for a more cost-effective alternative because you're right...that stuff is not cheap!!!

I come back a year after not visiting Rx and people are still here bitching about the same people. Trying to uncover unimportant information. People still butt hurt over people who are now more successful than themselves (Johnny Styles, clearly). This forum, this site, these people, bro this shit it literally toxic. All that said I hope the Big Sexy becomes just as successful as Aaron. Don't always agree with him but he is a good guy. Curt is also a good dude. The rest of you, reevaluate your lives. Jesus Fucking Christ.

We are getting close guys! Tomorrow I will get another batch of samples with better flavoring than the last. We rejected that one (for taste), didn't meet our standards.
I am happy to tell you every ingredient. We have nothing to hide. This is my formula
EAAs
HBCD
CM
Electrolytes
It will be very reasonably priced. It would not have been had we used casein hydrolysate, but based on what I have seen with several hundred people who I had use EAAs due to cost, this will be awesome and cost effective, oh and did I mention Evan and I are not sore at all from brutal training (the hallmark for this product's effectiveness)...

Perfect. Thats all you need
EAA's are also found to be superior for intra-workout compared to BCAA's
Great GREAT Formula....
WHY EAA's more important than BCAA intra-workout:
but EAAs may impart some endurance-like effects that BCAAs simply cannot.
http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/94/3/809.long
This is the only study done in trained humans consuming EAAs during the workout. These are legit, military-trained personnel doing both resistance and endurance work.
The findings?
"In summary, consumption of a 10-g dose of EAA enriched with leucine during moderate endurance-type exercise stimulated increased MPS when compared with an isonitrogenous EAA supplement with an amino acid profile consistent with high-quality proteins. These data indicate that increasing leucine availability during steady state exercise promotes skeletal muscle protein anabolism and spares endogenous protein."
Cliffs:
These EAAs increased postworkout MPS by 33% when consumed during exercise

I don't like the fact it has creatine in it.
Doesn't creatine start to degrade almost immediately after being suspended in liquid?
An Intra drink can last over an hour.
Forgive me if I'm wrong
I've been popping a few Kre Alkalyn capsules have way through for my creatineCutlerAthletics.com

CM is not creatine (Unless CM = Creatine Mono) that is Citrulline malate (or usually the abbreviation for it), which aids pump and lactic acid build up during training. Even though most research shows 6-8g pre-workout as the optimal dose (pub med studies) when used on trained subjects, intra-workout cant hurt due to helping lactic acid build up during training.
Creatine is fine if you take it pre/intra/post or anytime of the day as long as your taking in 3-5g to help saturate your body.
If CM = Creatine Mono, then forgive me for aboveLast edited by The Solution; 09-03-2014 at 09:38 PM.
