    The flavor is surprisingly spot on! Its flavored with stevia with no artificial colors or other flavors. Too me it is a nice light orange creamsicle flavor, and i can't taste the Aminos at all. I have pure EAA's from truenutrition those are horrible on their own. So they did a great job without having to make a powerful super artificial sweet taste.

    I will never, ever entertain the thought of an intra supplement. It doesn't provide any benefit unless you are shooting insulin, period.

    Even if you're shooting insulin, intra supplement is counterproductive. Unless you had poor "eating/meals" around your workout. Otherwise. it is USELESS.

    Not really sure what the point is of intra workout nutrition. Eat before, eat after. It's pretty simple.

    And not getting sore? I don't know, I must be one of the only ones who loves getting sore after a workout.

    I train upon waking, I workout better without a meal, and i utilize a BCAA product due to that.
    The results? Better gains and results than with a pre-workout meal.
    bloating/indigestion during a workout, decreased energy/focus and feeling sluggish regardless of what i consumed (Liquid or whole food wise)

    personal preference in the end.

    For early am training, I can understand how this can be beneficial.
