I was just thinking about some new ideas for myoatmeal.com and what they can offer aside from different oats,fruits,flavors, etc. Since I was thinking of oats my mind started to go towards breakfast foods which then took me to pancakes haha. Well as we all know pancakes are made of flour right? So why not offer a custom blend of oat flour!?

The process could be the same in choosing the flavors you would want and myoatmeal.com could grind the oats up for you and you would now have a custom flower mix to use not just for pancakes but baking too. Sure you could just do it yourself at home if you have a food processor too but if myoatmeal could do it for you its just one less step in food prep. Maybe its just me but I feel it would add to the already nearly endless combinations to the myoatmeal line up.

Just take myoatmeal.com oatmeal and throw in a magic bullet = Oat flour takes nearly 30 seconds

. It would probably take more time for Ant to make/produce it then it would be to make and sell and make a profit.

Or you could take the oatflour and combine with a small protein source i think Ant ordered bulk protein and make a protein baking powder?
