Question about diet on DNP
So I've always been a bit confused about the diet on DNP. It seems like if you eat a lot of carbs you lose a lot of weight; and if you don't eat a lot of carbs you don't lose a lot of weight on it.
Basically I just see people talking about going ape shit on carbs and losing a lot of weight on it. Is that how it works? Or people are actually suppose to count their calories still and all that but they just don't and take the easy route?

I think it varies from person to person, and quality of the chemical and dose. It seemed to work well for me with low protein and fat and higher carbohydrates. Hell it was whatever I could do to make me be able to tolerate myself.
DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

I think you still need to count your protein/carbs/fat for the day, and me I would rather use clens/t3/gh, and stay away from dnp, if your diets on trainings on peds are on, you can get lean enough without dnp, thus not getting all the bad sides, ive noticed when people are on dnp they seem to smell of chemicals, not b.o that bad, if I was competing for money and big titles then I would consider using dnp and all the other drugs to get me in pro level conditioning

Oh I'm working under coach I'm just wonder about it because I never understood the diet. I'm on keto right now and have been for a while. Lost a lot of weight but I have maybe 15lbs to go.
Holy hell. That is a lot of weight and really fast. It sounds like DNP is great for thanksgiving day lol. But damn you could probably eat a shit ton of rice pre and post workout and first thing in the morning without it effecting your weight at all.

I ate really high protein and fat 0 carb diet and it worked extremely well. Heat doesn't mean more weight loss the thermogenic effect of dnp is a small part of the fat loss. I went from 213 - 215 ish to 192 and retained all my muscle mass while using anabolics and dnp last time I used it and ran low test throughout and still didn't really lose any mass. You'll feel flat and small on no carbs but once you replenish those glycogen stores you'll blow up!
