Force Feeding
From time to time, I find myself either forcing the food or watering it down my mouth.
How many of you deal with this? What's your experience like?

I had this problem when I was bulking, I ate what I could on the days that I wasn’t hungry, always made sure I got my protein in, some days I would be starving and eat more, I just made sure I kept it clean. I didn't shove it down my face to the point where I was going to be sick, no one wants to feel that way.

I have to eat like it's my job to put weight on. It's getting less so as I'm aging, but I hit 200 lbs. for the first time in my life (almost 47 years) during a contest over on the other site.
Ate every two to three hours, maintained 200 grams protein per day minimum and tried to get in at least 3K calories per day, too.
How tall are you and what is your frame like? I'm 6'1" and have a slight to medium frame.
Good luck with the eating. Buy a blender!

Can't say I've ever felt like I had to force feed myself. I can pack away a lot of food for a relatively small person. I think I have an inner fat kid that just screams to be fed. I've even been known to eat my training partner under the table on several occasions, and he's not only a guy but also an endurance athlete.

I've never had what I consider a huge appetite so when I would bulk I would definitely have to force a meal or two. It wasn't that I was forcing into a full stomach. I just wasn't feeling particularly hungry. I'd just load up a shake and guzzle it down in seconds during these "forced" meals.

i do notice that mondays meals dont go down quite as easily as they do the rest of the week, maybe this comes from over eating during my cheatmeal sunday night?
