What are some of your favorite meals/foods day to day?
Yes yes most of you know I love pancakes . But really I have not been having them that often recently mainly because of where macros where at for my diet and I found other carb sources to be more satisfying. But aside from that I can easily say Eggs are one of my top foods every day. Whole/whites I love them! Does not matter what time of day either I usually have them for first meal and 4th meal most days. I am honestly surprised after all these years I am not burnt out on them at all like you sometimes can get with other foods.
Chicken thighs and beef are also some staples when my macros allow them. But aside from protein sources I'd have to say potatoes are my number 1 carb choice. Just cooked in the skillet and seasoned like crazy mmm.
Another thing I considered as to why I like the foods I do is probably because of the easier meal prep for the week. Yes I know some of us choose to make different foods every day for variety of micro nutrients but most of the time I feel you still stick to the same foods that you enjoy and know you can prep pretty easily.
So what foods/meals do you enjoy the most in your day to day?

i eat eggs everyday but i'm not a fan, i'm actually thinking i have an allergy to them, they bloat me like crazy
i love plain yogurt mixed with protein powder, its like a desert during the otherwise bland foods some of us eat, plus the benefits of probiotics
other than that chicken breast and brown rice are always a staple and oats at different parts of the day depending on goals, right now i'm enjoying glazed donut oatsLast edited by Young Gotti; 07-15-2014 at 11:55 AM.

I have a peanut butter addiction. LOL. I love peanut butter and in the off season eat it a good bit. Eggs are a staple in my diet year round because my body processes eggs really well, and at 37 I am finding I have to be more selective about what works best for me. Oatmeal with splenda is damn near perfect for me also. Rice in any form I really enjoy eating it. Chicken wings are my favorite food of all time lemon pepper is my favorite seasoning.

My favorite meal's simple; scramble eggs, French fries with Jimmy Dean sausage, 5 slices of toasted wheat bread, and 2 glasses of 1 percent milk. That's good eatin'...

My nutrition is upside-down and backwards, but I do lean heavily on eggs.
