My Journey to the Pro STAGE
Hello Everybody. My name is Joe Rich. Many of you probably remember my last thread I had where I won my ANBF Natural Pro Card. Well next year will be 2 years and in order to keep my Pro Status I have to compete. I sit at a little over a year out. I'm looking to get down to 4% Body Fat. I will keep a log of my macros and what kind of personal records I break. I look forward in helping as many people as I can. It has been a long journey as you can see from this video. Thanks and here goes nothing.

DUP is good if you can set it up right. Im assuming you put a pretty large strength focus on your training?
