Friday's Workout !
I'm always excited about hitting glutes / hams
This is the only day I will hit quads indirectly. I don't need bigger quads.
Try it out and let me know what you think.
Rest period between supersets is 60 sec. Tempo is medium paced.

BB Single Leg Hip Thrusters 3 x 10
---superset with---
Seated Hamstring Curls
DB Step-Ups 3 x 12
---superset with---
BB Reverse Lunge to Knee Raise
Wide Stance Leg Press (feet high) 3 x 15
---superset with---
DB Stiff Leg Deadlift

Hams were finished, the supersets killed 'em
single leg hip thrusters was just the bar 45 lbs.
seated ham curls 70 lbs
DB Step ups with 25 lbs
Reverse Lunge to Knee with 85 lbs (includes bar)
Leg press - 2 plates a side
DB Stiff leg deadlifts 50 lbs

Overhead rope triceps 3x8
Assisted Dips 3x8 (slow tempo)
Seated Free Motion one-arm curls 3x8
One arm zottman curls 3x8
ABS
Double Leg Drop Pull-overs 2x10
Hanging Leg Raises 2x10
Cable Crunches 2 Drop Sets (10,10,10)

I swear by them too! I forgot to mention I also use Arthrolyze, and when I don't I feel the difference in my joints. My coach is Dave Palumbo for Nutrition and Rob Lagana my hubby does all my training workouts up until now. I recently just purchase a one time custom workout routine from Scott Abel and I'm trying it out. So, far every bodypart I've trained is SORE. lol
