Mobility Powerlifting
How do you guys feel about mobility exercises and stretches. I'm new to powerlifting and ive noticed things like hips sore and ankles. What do you recommend are the best things that every powerlifter should be doing in regards to recovery, flexibility, and mobility?

This had some very good points and helped a lot. I do have another question, i am experiencing post contest rebound and have had some bad ankle swelling past two days, you think thats more from rapid weight gain or powerlifting? Also anything recommended to take down on swelling?

I was thinking maybe my set up on bench could attribute to it as well. Because I don't plant my feet I kind of stay on my toes, so maybe the extra pressure could be culprit. I have cleaned up my diet this week watching my sodium intake even though BP was normal.
