I used L-carnitine to help me get to the conditioning shown in my avi
During this time my energy levels were thru the roof as well. Didn't feel like stims, just felt like the energizer bunny. Beta alanine, citrulline malate, TMG and L-carnitine works for me.
I wish I could get back there, I mean I will get there again.

i believe it works and recommend to most of my clients. but is it like a yohimbine or a clen? absolutely not. its more like what bcaa(carnitine):steroids (clen) if that analogy/ratio makes sense

exactly, i was using 1000 mgs per meal on keto that maybe excessive but i achieved good condition. that year no other fat burners were used. i even found out after the fact despite my TRT dose of cytomel i was still in hypothyroid zone. cals did have to get fairly low for me like 2100 plus 40 minutes of cardio twice a day at one point but the end result was good.
