Okay! Creatine/water manipulation/diuretic/carb up
So many knowledgeable members here who have competed and I'm looking get the best answer. Assume you have taken 5g creatine for a very long time. Do you leave the creatine in through show even though you plan to manipulate water/dyazide and carb up?

I have always heard that if you have been taking it to continue but not to start taking it near a show.

Supposedly only holds water intramuscular though.

That is how creatine is stored intra-cellular correct
How you peak, modify water etc is up to your coach.. many factors which that will pertain will be:
1) Supplements you may use
2) Diet leading into the show
3) Cardio leading into the show
4) how you handle carb-ups, how many carbs you may need to fill out
5) how cheat meals effect you (some like to crap load before a show)
Many people take it up to and through their show (layne norton and all his clients and he has 20-30+ procards to his name) but everyone is different some like to drop it, but in all reality it should not hinder you at all if you are lean enough in the grand scheme of things.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

It's been my experience that creatine will help me hold intramuscular water giving me a fuller look but I have fuller rounder muscle bellies naturally so I'm better off without it giving me that dryer and better muscle separation with it if I were to want to step on stage. I am using it right now though.
It really depends on your body type and muscle structure. If you're on track right now I wouldn't add it last minute it could smooth you out.

I had been using it for about a year straight. Switched to unflavored. Got nervous and took it out for three days but used again today. Lol.

3 days out today. At this point I'm leaving it in. Good idea? Little flat but the carb up and water manipulating starts soon

be careful with that diuretic you were considering even w lots of carbs it can ruin physiques. if you havent trial runned the dyazide it could backfire big time without knowing how you react to it etc. , being that your a tad on the flat side i would skip it. but u look very tight man best of luck!

Thank you bro! I'm always typically flat in morning. That was first thing this am. Hopefully it all works out

I would leave it in. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

Yep. Leave the creatine in and leave out the diuretic. You look on track and when you carb up you'll fill out.
