IFBB PRO Martin Kjellström arrested
Bodybuilder Martin Kjellström been arrested after being wanted internationally for over a year. - Now he is arrested and returned to Sweden, says Christopher Mueller, director of the National Criminal Investigation Department.

Can I use the Ekke21 app instead? Does the article say if he's looking at significant jail time or just that he's been apprehended?

It was in 2009 that Martin Kjellström arrested by Swedish police after one of the greatest anti-doping crackdown - "Operation Liquid". Among other things seized doping substances, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment for over 10 million USD.

Yes, he fled the country. They caught him in the UK a few days ago.

He should go live in Finland or Estonia, or if it was me Russia would be my first choice
